The Rules.

1. Weigh self daily.
2. Take measurements daily.
3. Always focus on the final goal.
4. Don't get disheartened when something bad is too tempting.
5. Don't compare myself to anyone else.
6. Count calories.
7. Exercise whenever possible.
8. Walk to work.
9. Make sensible food choices particularly when eating out.
10. Less sugar.
11. Less carbs.
12. Don't isolate any food group as forbidden, everything in moderation.
13. Plenty of egg whites.
14. Cook meals.
15. Make time for food.
16. Don't snack.
17. Maintain a balanced diet.
18. Think of June.
19. Stop when I am satisfied not stuffed.
20. Fruit and vegetables should be a part of everyday.

Hello Bloggers.

While I admit I'm still a relative newbie to the blogging community I have an intense need to shift some extra weight. Now I'm not going to say I'm fat, not at all. In fact I'm relatively slim, I'm simply unhappy with my body and hope to lose a few pounds whilst maintaining a somewhat feminine figure and filling out my clothes in a pleasant way.
I'm using this blog as I do with my other, more of a tool for me to explode my life onto another form so I don't have to hold everything in my head. I don't expect people to empathise or even read this, I just need to vent.
I am in no way glamourising dieting, eating disorders or anything of the sort. While I don't think I have an eating disorder in the slightest, I love food and enjoy everything about both the consumption and the preparation of tasty treats, I have over the past couple of years had real issues with my weight. Last year I got down to 7st 10lb, an unhealthy weight and I felt fatter than I ever have. I gained about a stone back over the past year and am again, while happier than previous, not as pleased with myself as I should be.
For some reason I still can't inspire myself to stick to a healthy eating plan, healthy is what I intend to be. I will be eating good food in good amounts and exercising.
I am therefore going to attempt to take a photo of every single thing I eat in a concerted effort to inspire myself to tone up and get into shape.
